*Accuracy of Information:** While we strive to keep property details, pricing, and availability up to date, we reserve the right to correct any errors or modify pricing prior to booking confirmation.

### 2. Booking & Payment Terms

*Reservation Confirmation:** A direct booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit (or full payment) and written confirmation sent by Galini Villas.

*Payment Schedule:**

* A deposit (e.g., 30%) is required at the time of booking to secure your dates.

* The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking invoice.

*Accepted Currency:** All rates are quoted and charged in Euros (€) unless explicitly specified otherwise.

### 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing via email.

*Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in:** Eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable payment processing fees).

*Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in:** Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

*Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in:** Non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering flight delays, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.

### 4. Check-in, Check-out & House Rules

*Check-In:** From 15:00 (3:00 PM) local time.

*Check-Out:** By 9:30 AM local time. Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

*Occupancy Limits:** The total number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in your reservation. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

*No Smoking & No Parties:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa interiors. Parties, large gatherings, and loud disturbances during quiet hours (23:00–08:00) are strictly prohibited out of respect for neighboring properties.

### 5. Guest Responsibilities & Damages

* Guests are expected to treat the villa, furnishings, and outdoor amenities with care and respect.

*Damage Policy:** Guests are financially responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage exceeding 100 EU in value caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damage should be reported immediately.

* We reserve the right to charge for repairs or excessive cleaning required after departure.

### 6. Swimming Pool & Safety Disclaimer

* Guests use the swimming pool and outdoor facilities entirely at their own risk.

*No Lifeguard on Duty:** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near or inside the pool area.

* Galini Villas assumes no liability for accidents, personal injuries, or illness occurring during your stay on the property premises.

* Galini Villas is not liable for indirect losses, temporary interruptions in utility services (power, water, internet), or adverse weather conditions beyond our control.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement if caused by events of *Force Majeure** (including natural disasters, official travel restrictions, or severe weather events).
